Shipping and Delivery Policy

Service Area:
We currently offer our services exclusively within the Delhi NCR area.
Order Processing:
Orders placed before 6 PM are processed the same day and prepared for next-day delivery. Orders received after 6 PM will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Schedule:
- Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before the 6 PM cutoff. Deliveries are made the following day, ensuring you receive the freshest lettuce possible.
- Delivery Days: We deliver 7 days a week, including weekends and select public holidays.
- Delivery Times: Deliveries are made between 8 AM and 6 PM. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we will do our best to accommodate any specific requests.
Shipping Charges:
- We charge Rs. 100 for all deliveries within Delhi NCR.

Return & Refunds:
For Delhi NCR: You can return fresh products during delivery, and we’ll adjust your order value accordingly.
If a non-quality-related product is cancelled and your order value falls below our minimum requirement, an additional delivery fee will be charged.
For a previously paid returned item (online transaction or subscription), we offer credit or refund. Partial returns for specific items are not possible.
Complaints for perishables (reported within 24 hours) and non-perishables (reported within 7 days) are eligible for resolution.
Complaints and Quality:
Quality-related complaints after delivery will receive credit for the next delivery. Fresh produce complaints after 3 days of delivery (Delhi-NCR only) will be handled on a case-by-case basis due to shelf life limitations.
Acceptance of Organic Produce Characteristics:
Organic produce may have variations in appearance, size, and color. Minor defects, like insects, are proof of organic authenticity. We encourage complaints upon or shortly after delivery for smooth resolution.
Re-scheduling & Cancellation of Orders:
For Delhi-NCR: Orders can be cancelled before the delivery agent arrives, with a fee. Changes to delivery slot time or additional products can be made by contacting customer care.
For Outside Delhi-NCR: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipment. Changes after shipment will incur a charge.
Refund Policy:
For Delhi-NCR: Returns during delivery will adjust your order value.
For non-quality-related returns that reduce order value, an additional delivery fee applies.
Refunds for previously paid items result in credit for future transactions.
